Things you should know about booking a workshop…

+ All bookings are made online via, choose your preferred workshop date, add to the cart and you will be taken to the payment options. 

+ Your seat is secured once full payment is received. You’ll receive an automated email to confirm and a follow up email with further information about your class. – Please double check your email is correct when making your purchase. 

+ If you can not make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, I can not refund due to the nature of the workshops. However, please feel free to send a friend along to take your seat.  Just send an email to notify me of this at your earliest convenience before the class at

+ I have set class minimums to meet, if a class does not fill to the minimum and I need to cancel a class, this can be done at any time and a full refund is offered or a credit to attend a class of the same value within 12 months time.

+ Life gets busy. 🙂 Please do set a reminder and double-check workshop dates & times through the website. Unfortunately, because I’ve held a spot for you and turned others away I can not issue credits or refund if you don’t show.

+In the event that Carrie from Tambella Arts needs to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund for the class you have purchased.  You will be emailed and will receive your refund via the same payment method you paid with initially.

+In relation to Covid-19, Carrie is following all safety precautions and Covid Safety Plans as outlined by the venues she is working with. Carrie is located in Queensland, and in the event of a border closure where she would be unable to enter New South Wales to teach, a full refund will be issued.  You will be receive email notifications around the status of your class if closures look imminent.
